Brasilia is mostly a planned community. I'm staying in such a building. My unit is a modern high-end three-bedroom apartment in a seven-story building. There are eight elevators with underground parking and a limited convenience store. Electronic security controls access to my apartment and the building (face scan). It has a very limited gym. Pool is a roof level kiddie pool and a whirlpool.

Stopped at a stop light waiting for the light to change. A man walks through the lines of stopped cars hanging a bag of culinary goodies on the rear-view mirror complete with a QR code for payment. If you take them off the mirror, payment is expected. What? A modern-day money grab. The same perpetrator will collect the goods as the light changes if you don't remove the bag from the mirror.
